How does plan pricing actually work?

Pick the plan that fits your team size — Solo ($15/mo), Team ($49/mo), Business ($149/mo), or Enterprise (custom). All features are included on every plan — there's nothing gated. Instead of recurring monthly charges, you purchase a block of time (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) which extends your expiry date. No auto-renewals, ever.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up and get full access to every feature for 30 days. No credit card required. Before your trial ends, choose a plan and purchase time to continue. If your trial expires, your data is preserved — purchase a plan and you're back immediately.

Do I need accounting knowledge to use Beezifi?

No. The platform is designed for business owners, not accountants. Common workflows — invoicing, collecting payments, reconciling your bank — are simple and guided. For more advanced features like journal entries, the interface explains what you're doing as you go. Your accountant will also love having access, since reports and the general ledger are CPA-ready.

How does online payment processing work?

Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Integrations (takes about 2 minutes). Then add a "Pay Now" button to any invoice. Your customers click it, pay by card or ACH through Stripe's hosted checkout, and the invoice is automatically marked paid — with the journal entry posted. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards).

Can I migrate from QuickBooks?

Yes. Beezifi supports direct IIF import from QuickBooks Desktop — accounts, customers, vendors, and journal entries. You can also import via CSV. Most customers are fully migrated within a day. Your trial is a great time to do it, since you can test everything before committing.

Can I invite my accountant or bookkeeper?

Yes. Accountants count as regular users on your plan. On the Team plan (5 users, $49/mo), your accountant costs less than a single hour of their billable time. You can set their role to Accountant so they can view and edit accounting data without accessing billing or team settings.

Is my financial data secure and private?

Absolutely. Every workspace is fully isolated at the database level — your data is never shared with or accessible by any other organization. We support two-factor authentication, role-based access control, and a complete audit log of every action taken in your account.
